So on August 23rd, I started my training to get into shape. By this I mean getting my whole body toned as well as getting a six pack abs. In addition to a strict diet for the next two weeks, I have a lot of exercising to keep up with.
I am currently switching off from toning exercises (abs, arms, etc...) to cardio. I have just started running and it will definately take some time to build up my endurance, but I hope to see results within a few months and plan on sticking to it.
I plan on keeping a log of my running schedule to record changes or improvements.
Running Log
Day 1: For 15 minutes-alternated between 1 min run and 2 min walk (total of 5 minutes running)
Day2: Same as day 1
Day3: No running (took a fall scraped up knees pretty good) Did 20/45min of Taebo celebrity cardio
Day4: For 18 minutes-averaged about 1min 30sec running/jogging and 1-2 minute walks (about 9 minutes running)
*Music really does help pass the time and get you moving :)* At least I'm showing improvement!
Day 5: The course I've been using, now only takes about 13minutes verses 18minutes. Ran about 8minutes total.
Day 6: For about 18 minutes. Ran/jogged about 8 minutes again and walked the rest....had to take a fast walk for the last 6 minutes because I was so out of breath.
Day 7:About the same as day 4
So I'm currently thinking about training to become an EMT/Paramedic. Being that I'm only 21 years old; I've already figured out that I do not want to be a business management major nor an anthropology major. So what to do....that's when I got thinking about other fields that are rewarding yet challenging and always chancing...EMT came to mind.
Yes, it does have it's risks (a tad more than regular jobs) but that's part of life. So until I know for sure if it's right for me, I'm reading up on the Exam-Basic EMT book that tells me everything I need to know before I even take the course and how to pass the test. My next step is to get in top physical condition so I could pass the physical exam as well.
So...to make up for that part; I'm on a mission to get a six pack (not looking like a body builder or anything) and tone up my entire body. Then I need to learn to lift 125 lbs comfortably. Basically, my bodyweight...
Hello everyone,
So, besides writing an actual story and song lyrics...I am producing some new music again :) It's been a while since I've had the creative spark running through me to actually make some new beats. Maybe I'll even start drawing again soon...I've got too many things I want to get done at once :0 It's hard to keep up with everything.
Check out Twin2max Productions at www.myspace.com/twin2max to hear a few samples of my latest beats. But hurry, they won't be on there for long.
Also did a quick photoshoot for All You Magazine. A feature that my mom got in the magazine...they wanted to show us as a family for the article...it was fun. Here's a couple of the shots.
Also check out www.virb.com/heatherwalker for my Official Website (for the time being)
Take care,
Heather
Hey everyone, sorry it's been so long.
So, at the moment I've written a few more songs and have recently gotten into writing fanfiction stories. It might sound strange to some, but I think it's a great way to improve my writing skills while being able to entertain other fans. The story I'm writing about is The Pretender (my personal all time favorite show) and it's called Welcome To Family Life.
For those that don't know, fanfiction is hugely popular and the best Pretender website in the world is located at:

Also, you can check out my official website at www.virb.com/heatherwalker. Take a look around, listen to my newest song in the works "Shake It Now" and leave a comment :)
Take care and look for more update soon!

Hi everyone, first off, this post is about Michael Hinch. I found out about Michael's music through myspace two years ago and have been helping to promote him in the USA since then. He has done a few tours and released a single not long ago. He's currently getting ready to release an EP of 4 songs available for download in November.
Michael is always happy to keep in touch with his fans. If you haven't heard his music yet, then go to: www.michaelhinch.com or www.myspace.com/michaelhinch or www.bebo.michalehinchmusic to hear his music and find out more about him. The listed sites are official sites.
